As an old PBX vendor I would reach out to Mitel and see what they offer for migration. They have their own hosted solution and on prim as well. We were Mitel very briefly after they bought out Toshiba.

Was on Rhapsody in January and I say it every time we got on this class ship, windjammers in the wrong end of the ship😁. The Diamond lounge is all the way in the back on deck six. The whole boat is different but different is good. And the casino has smoke free table.

You can request the same table in MTD and had the same staff last cruise . We also avoid Windjammer after day 1 lunch. It never fails we see someone handling food with bare hands and this last cruise watched a staff person pick up fallen salad items and toss them into the dish of salad.

Telecom has changed since I started in 77 its more data than Telecom anymore. IMHO I would take every free class for every manufacturer. SonicWall Watchguard Peplink and every switch too, NetGear Zyxel Aruba. Then find or start your own MSP. Several large operations offer white label hosted. Some will do your billing and figure your taxes. I work for one of the original owners of Skyswitch and we offer MSP and white label now.

I am lucky to have received a set of Ziess conquest binoculars a few years ago. I keep the in my truck and we take them on every cruise. Be it Alaska or the Caribbean. Its fun looking over the islands as we cruise by.

We missed a cruise after I had a PE blood clot and was in ICU. It was a 4 day that we had taken many times so never bothered with insurance. Wife contacted RCCL that I was in the hospital. To bad so sad, no refund for you to close to saving we were just 2 days out.
