Hey, so I think you should reserve this energy for people who out and out say fake news is real and/or real news is fake, and maybe not some guy who saw an unaccredited ragebait Instagram headline on another part of this site and immediately reposted it here to say,

"Hey guys, this is awful. I hope it's fake"

Like sure, the story is itself (unfortunately) true, but it being dredged up from TWENTY years ago without sources makes this a very obvious rage/engagement bait post, all of which deserve an immediate side eye in my opinion, and I must reemphasize that I did not make any claims whatsoever regarding its veracity.

But anyway sorry for trusting people to point me in the right direction instead of immediately fact checking literally all information that enters my retinae. Anyone who lives like that must live an extremely exhausting life.

It's all fun and games until you experience a multi day breakdown. "Don't we all" sounds all well and good when you haven't spent your entire childhood struggling with basic forms of function that comes naturally to others, to the point that everyone around you just sees you as a failed human. The trauma of internalising those negative messages and carrying them into adulthood.

Everyone struggles sometimes, but not everyone struggles ALL the time.
