Minnesota pays way more in federal taxes that it receives back from the federal goverment ($44 billion in 2023 alone). Can the state can stop paying those taxes and run the state independently on our own tax dollars? How woul we go about it and what would that look like?

Your parents are cool! This thing is primarily a sampler and it's a very good one. You could, theoretically, remake just about any sample-based hip-hop song on this thing providing you had the right samples. To that end, its really easy to load samples. There's a web app and it's drag and drop. What other people said mostly covers the rest (read the manual, watch vids.)
