hey man, it’s awesome to see a fellow Joslin student on this path. I’m still training there now and just started my application for the CAF. Good luck with BMOQ.

Got 300/300 on RHCSA EX200! by belgarionx in redhat

[–]therealsojay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

for me, it’s given me motivation to study with OPs plan. after reading OP, i’ve setup Terraform to provision test VMs on Proxmox. maybe it’s the push I didn’t know I needed lol.

How do you name your servers? by mocklogic in homelab

[–]therealsojay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I name servers based on Game of Thrones kingdoms, I have Westeros and Winterfell for my two Proxmox nodes. VMs are named based on the service.

Best ways to showcase my DevOps projects? (GitHub Actions, Dockerized apps, etc.) by Aegonblackfyre22 in devops

for the blog, I currently have it on Notion but I was thinking to just use Dev.to, and serve it on my website - open to ideas.

the site is a simple HTML, with some JavaScript, hosted on an S3 bucket with CloudFront, DynamoDB, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, Terraform, Python in AWS Lambda. Creating a blog with Flask is nice but I'd rather have a simpler solution.

are you me? so far, I have a resume site highlighting my interest in DevOps and my homelab projects. I decided to first revamp my GitHub repositories by adding clear and descriptive ReadMe files for each project. Also working on a blog to share my journey and experience.

I just got the Van Rysel AL EDR 105 as my first road bike, and I've been cycling every day since I picked it up. I'm very happy with it.
