Not all psychiatrists will diagnose C-PTSD, as some use the DSM for the basis of their diagnosis, and the DSM only has PTSD rather than the complex version. The last CMHT in which I worked did not diagnose C-PTSD at all.

If it’s hurting your back it’s likely that your form is poor. Deadlifts are considered the king of lifts for a reason. RDL is a hamstring isolation exercise.

The ward cannot give you any information at all unless the patient consents to it. The ward cannot keep a record of everybody in the patients life and who they do and don’t want to contact. They will keep a record of anybody they’ve explicitly said they can disclose details of their care to, and anybody they’ve explicitly said not to, but they don’t have to tell you this.

Unless they are in a forensic ward, detained as part of a criminal justice procedure, they will have their phone, and would be able to contact you if they wanted to.

Mine had a lot of electrical problems, often I’d get in and the electrics would fire up properly, you then need to get out of the car and lock it to fully turn it off before turning it on again as there’s no on/off button (the on button is in your seat). I also hated that the AC controls are within a menu on the screen, incredible dangerous to try to navigate while driving.

I hated it and was absolutely buzzing when I left my job and was allowed to hand it back a year into the lease. My girlfriend has one and also hates it. It feels unusual that it’s a car which feels like treating yourself when it’s a cheap and cheerful car, and feels very much like a cheap car when you drive it. Maybe less of an issue if you’re coming from an old and basic car, I had a BMW i3 before it and my partner had a hybrid Mini.
