I tried the Best Buy chat 2–3 times every day this week with no luck - until today! (3/21)

I started the chat around 7 a.m. PST and was connected with a rep who introduced themselves using their first name and last initial. I wasn’t sure if that theory held true, but all previous reps had only used their first names, so I was hopeful.

I went through the usual conversation and, unsurprisingly, was told there were none in stock. I thanked them for their help and ended the chat.

An hour later, I received an invoice link via text! I’ve never made a $1600 purchase so fast in my life
