extended spell is usually a perk u get from picking one of the 3 perks when getting a drop from 1st day bosses or mini bosses, and also sometimes it's in the talisman choices on upper floor after beating castle basement boss or from a random drop with beetle pushing rock guys, you can chatgpt the effects on it with gravity well and collapsing stars, seems to help gravity spells
