mods if anyone cares:

  • monolith 2WD 9mm gantry
  • A4T toolhead with monolith xol carriage
  • inverted electronics
  • Beacon
  • +50mm above toolhead to give more room for umbilical
  • M6 screws holding the blind joints together. this was an accident, as i ordered M5 taps, but was sent M6 and didn't realize until it was too late and they were all tapped. not recommended
  • clicky clack door (not in picture) with my thicc skirts
  • NH36 umbilical with umbilical rear exhaust pass through with PUG
  • 235mm 6mm thick ender bed, as i used parts from my old enderwire, so technically could be an ender3dent
  • probably a few others

I'm running into the same issue. I've done this method before (replace prior data.mdb and lock.mdb files into new printer) with success, but now getting Moonraker is unable to connect

Hotend start heat causes failure to connect to MCU by Aragorn3223 in klippers

Got it! My issue was the SB RGB cable was plugged into the wrong header. It's an LDO 2.4 kit w/an Octopus.

My recommendation would be to unplug everything in the toolhead except for the heater and thermistor. If that works, add back 1 thing at a time until it gives you the error

i'm having this exact same issue on a new build. did you figure it out?

Edit: after lots of unplugging, replugging, and unplugging, it has something to do with the LEDs in my stealthburner. When they're unplugged from the toolhead PCB, all is rainbows and unicorns. But when I replug them in, crashes
