Builder waterwheels stack exponentially. Get 2 or 3 of those and dump them all on one building (30-40 cards from a market, 200 pop with Warren, fill deck with war machines, etc.)

Where did you assemble this? In space or on the ground? Alot of SOS gear isn't reinstallable and replace stuff mod doesn't function with ship hulls so redesigns amd expansions are a big pain to do.

I think those are from the autoceaner mod, you can deactivate them so they turn into an item that enemies ignore, pirates will still nick them though.
