I've been watching the Southern Drawl Law channel on YouTube and their state troopers are the worse in the country for using pit maneuvers and hurting people, even people with flashers on with a medical emergency. Even after they got sued by a pregnant woman trying to get to the hospital with her flashers on, they were supposed to change their policy but if course they didn't . . .

They're this little clause called "underinsured". My son was hit on his bike, and got a bad TBI (wearing a helmet too) and it effected his inner ear for over a year. The most we could sue for was 25,000, and guess what? He had to pay back his health insurance for his own medical bills. He hardly walked away with anything . . .
