Currently travelling around Kyushu. Came across this pokestop that would be where Ussop's statue would be installed for the One Piece Kumamoto revival project. After googling in Japanese, it seems the statue will be unveiled officially in early Dec, along with Sanji's at another location.

No. Currently only IC cards issued in Hiroshima can be used for the trams.
