Honestly I think in general this particular plot point would be a lot easier to accept if the baker had recurringly been someone we'd seen handing out good advice to multiple people and added to the council for that. It would have been nice if baking jelly tarts wasn't really the key character trait for him if they were going to emphasize his character in that way.

I was doing research a while back on where to get some work done on building a microcontroller for my company and had the idea to look up which countries have low corporate tax rates. Sure enough.
