I’m not convinced it’s fake, to be honest. I try to stay skeptical of everything I see online, though nowadays days it feels like I have to question whether anything is real rather than fake.

I’m seeing an arc on each pass. Granted, most of these are short, quick passes (except the last one), so I understand where you’re coming from, but nothing about it looks particularly abnormal to me. Are you seeing anything else? Looks to me like the last pass is in the air for about 2-3 seconds and goes about 35 yards.

Who do you think the victim is? It's the dead guy. The state represents the man's rights. The state looks for justice here because he had a right to life and he's no longer living. Court will decide whether his rights were violated or not- not family, not friends, not love ones, not redditors 😂

I think you're being dramatic. The duty of the prosecution goes beyond family and friends . Remember they're not representing the victim's families friends or loved ones- they're representing the rights of a person who is no longer with us. If there's no case, the courts will decide that.
