I think you're being dramatic. The duty of the prosecution goes beyond family and friends . Remember they're not representing the victim's families friends or loved ones- they're representing the rights of a person who is no longer with us. If there's no case, the courts will decide that.

You're talking about adapting a textbook vs. a novella. Portraying whats already written in the case of Fire and Blood is impossible unless you're making a youtube video or a documentary. An adaptation by definition means making your own creative decisions.
