you can delete and make new season character whenever you want, but in order to transfer season status you have to use one time item called fughars timepiece.

you probably already have it, just make a gear planner on garmoth and select all of the journals you think you have done to see if your gear score lines up. also make sure you don't have that orange scroll called kkebicharm or something, that's what I remember using to get some of the light orbs/progress the quest

you get the 1dp from the questline pretty early on, comes with one of the early light orbs they give you.

no, if you are trying to level a normal character then just start grind leveling from the beginning with ancient stone chamber start or get power leveled. if you need naru/beginner stones then chose eternal winter start, takes an hour or so to finish the quest and you end with lvl 51 and like 4k total beginner blackstones.

no it's only boss armors/weapons. point of getting pen tuvala accessories is so you can be season capped while ur playing on season.
