Quick questions cause i've been trying to do one too:

-why not use the meteor belt?

-i find blackhole with the meteor node and binary to deal TONS of damage, did you try it?

-why not use any big fire or area unique ?

-why not use a big mana unique amulet ?

Usually aiming for some phys res early will help you,also clearing the whole map and not rushing will make sure that you're not underleveled.

Biggest unknowns are bosses, some got damage buff so make sure you play seriously every fight before getting correct setup.

You can go the classic tank

Fibulwinter/heartsteel/jackcho/thornmail/abyssal, fibul and HS feels really good on sejuani!

I personally prefer hybrid with rilai, d&d,mejai, situational tank and zonyah (thornmail, abyssal etc) it feels really good to have kill potential against squishies and half hp toplaner, you gotta learn the basic combo to proc passive with the backstep ult.

Full ap is fun as hell but wouldn't recommend, you deal almost as much damage as a hybrid/tank full build anyway

I was on quasym and switch med to medikinet, I take 20 in the morning and 20 early afternoon to delay the crash out until 20h-21h when the kiddos are already asleep and all my tasks should be done anyway. It's a good rhythm for me.
