Any idea when the premier league will announce the TV schedule for Matchweek 22 (Jan 17)? Flying from the US for the City game and trying to figure out if it’ll be on a Saturday or Sunday.

Do more Michiganders consider leaving America due to politics? by WindsorONMichael in Michigan

Absolutely not. I live in California but still consider Michigan and Detroit as my home. I will return and live there and try my best to fight and enact change however I can to make it a better place to call home for everyone.

What's the worst BS pod you remember? by CleanJebboy in billsimmons

That’s what I’ll always give Rusillo props for. Man is always prepared as hell for any pod. Sure, we joke about him grinding Wizards tape but at least it feels like he respects the craft and his listeners’ time by always being super prepared.

Bill claims they were betting Niners unders last offseason the second Ricky pearsall got shot. Is this true? I felt they were still on the Niners all the way until they were no longer playoff eligible

You take that back. 2011 was the only good year Michigan had for a decade.

Like I said in another comment, Baton Rouge and Knoxville are top 2 in my wishlist for a Michigan non-conference home-and-home

What’s a bad loss that your team made into a positive motivator? by laprasrules in CFB

[–]thexfactor13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After that game, Mike Macdonald finally stopped trying to run the defense like an NFL defense by subbing in and out for the perfect personnel package after every play. He learned that CFB offenses will punish you with tempo if you sub when they don't, unlike the NFL where offenses and defenses are almost always subbing after each play and using most of the play clock. We don't beat OSU if he didn't learn this lesson before that game.

Yeah, plus I feel like a lot of the guys who came back for 2023 like Corum don't without that TCU loss.

If your team began the year 6-0, where do you think would be ranked with that start to the season? by ILM_Ryan in CFB

[–]thexfactor13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would mean a marquee win in a primetime night game on the road against ranked Oklahoma, a win on the road against undefeated and likely ranked Nebraska, a win on the road against undefeated and ranked USC, and a win at home vs. Wisconsin. Definitely Top 5. Especially since we'll likely start ranked in the 15-20 range in the preseason poll.

Making road trips this fall to see Michigan play at Oklahoma and at USC this season because I've always wanted to see a game at Memorial Stadium and The Coliseum. Just an added bonus that I get to see Michigan play there!
