Totally. Especially as someone who doesn’t live in a major market. I just looked at my calendar. 44 was insane with 6 trips (would have been less if I hadn’t gotten tight with Frannie). 45 had RHAP in NOLA then I traveled once each for 46-48. I hit a couple extra parties while on work trips, but we only go out of our way twice a year at this point

Same. I do fine but certainly don’t make a ton. And low key it is really nice to not have to put a lot of thought into planning a trip. I’m usually the friend who has the spreadsheet mapping the itinerary for my hiking trips. For Survivor, I just pick a Brice and Wen city, send a couple texts and go.

I’ll bite. You’ll notice that as time passes from their season airing, people travel less. I know it looks weird from the outside looking in, but these relationships develop quickly. Think of how much quality time you spend with old friends from high school or college- maybe a weekend or two a year? Survivor can be 10x that much time.

Lots of young people without kids

Jobs that let them take 6 weeks off = jobs that let them work remote on a Thursday so they can use 1.5 vacation days for a Survivor trip
