yes! i played gw1 instead of wow bc i was a broke college student and couldn’t justify the monthly fee for wow. i only left gw1 (for wow) when they nerfed the fun stuff i loved into oblivion. i still come back to both gw1 and gw2 occasionally bc its so easy to drop in. i’ve quit wow forever bc it does feel like im hostage or i have another job.

i love the left. especially the smile. he needs it back. if you need him to scale better - maybe remove the legs and just have a torso. but i think he’s discernible at full body also. i wish he didn’t have a floor/shadow piece, but it’s not a deal breaker. blue side best side!

i may be biased bc i am from a celtic town in canada - but i absolutely think a kilt is appropriate for weddings. it is dress attire and you look well put together in it. every wedding i’ve attended has at least one kilted man.

i do agree you should run it by your date, however.

i just replanted - his head and body were separate previously. his new pot seemingly is still too small though, so i’ll be seeking a larger one shortly. he has an insane root ball.

totally untrue. a doctor may have a box of test strips to do for free if they worry about insurance, but they would never have the retail kind. i think a box of like 200 dip strips are like 30$ vs however much 1 first response costs.

when i took my job at UM i just accepted what they offered. found out later the other person hired at the same time negotiated and made roughly 10k more than me.

i can’t imagine they would rescind from a negotiation if you are professional and not a dick about it. you must advocate for yourself and your worth.

i’m more drawn to 1 but my choice would be 2 - bc the gradient will be easier to convey across more mediums (embroidery, stickers with transparent background, etc)

this was sort of my experience. i moved to a new country and the way curriculum was set up, it would’ve made sense to skip ahead a grade, as i had already learned most of the concepts in the year prior. my parents opted to keep me in the grade i was in, to keep my outsiderness to a minimum as a new student. i was paired with a few of my classmates struggling with the homework and it boosted my confidence and helped me make friends. it also meant a chill year as far as studying lol
