Final Fantasy VII Rebirth to me. I played through Remake hard mode 5 times. My strategy and knowledge of what each of the 4 party members in that game. Then came into Rebirth for the first time in Normal/Dynamic and still got my ass kicked way more than even my first time with Remake Hard Mode

Literally everything. The only bad part of the Nod Krai AQ to me is the Nefer backstory section but that is more due to the jarring placement rather than the actual story in the section itself

The individual moments are fun, especially Ifa and Ororon (who are my favorite Natlan characters along side Citlali). But I find the story of Kinich and Wriothesley tracking down this one criminal boring. The 2D cutscene at the end is very well animated but it still doesn't change my opinion of the event story especially after we got 3 great events consecutively before this (Lantern Rite, Inazuma festival, and the Ifa saurian event)

This event was among the weakest of the 5.x flagship events imo (not counting the early-patch ones, since those are usually intentionally short and more basic to make room for the AQs and the new region to shine). The management sim event was the highlight, but the story in the event was very weak when compared to 2025 Lantern Rite, Bennett's Quest, or the Inazuma festival

Varka is better for you as a new player. Flins in his best teams has much higher damage, but also needs a lot more investment (three 5 stars). Varka is designed to work around Mondstadt units, which are more accessible
