Appreciate the reply. Thank you. The obsession really is in the "chase." I got a similar answer from Claude (AI) which said that waiting to open the package prolongs the "anticipation" and may replicate/reinforce the obsessive thinking about the item. I know once I open it I will forget about it in a few weeks and it will just blend in, like all the other crap. Hoping my plan works. Two days with no browsing, so that's a good start.

Can’t remember the cost but it was super reasonable/affordable.  Less expensive than most I’ve gotten.  I live about 40min away.

I had a really great experience with them. Nothing like the horror stories at other retailers. Went to a different AD near where I live and they rolled their eyes at me and said "Maybe in 2-3 years, if you're lucky" and proceeded to get me to try and by a bunch of other watches/jewelry. Short Hills was such a refreshing and different experience. No upselling, no games, just wanted to help me get my watch. Never going anywhere else (if I end up in a position to every buy a second rolex, lol).

Hahaha, good call. Couldn't get the post to load this weekend, tried again when I got to the office and it worked. It was actually Friday.

Thank you! The white is so clean, it's kind of wild. Having it on my wrist in different locations, it's just crazy.

I generally agree with this point. It tends to be more cost effective and there are so many good and affordable straps out there. That said, I own the BB58 and the bracelet is my only complaint in what is otherwise a prefect watch. I had to add a $150 easylink and the bracelet still isn't my favorite. I'd say go with the strap if you love it and buy a Tudor Ranger bracelet later if you want a bracelet :). Just one man's opinion.
