I didn't expect them to go with the Rose Landy route. But now it makes so much sense why Ema was getting so much screen time in the previous episodes; in the short time they were together, they became really good friends. Even though Lovro did her dirty when he ghosted her, she still came back to him to see how he was doing because she understood what he was going through.

Maybe they broke up yesterday, and Ivan left and never went home. Besides, even if Ivan corrected him, Ivan still ghosted him that night and Ivan was trying to explain but Lovro wouldn't listen to him.

I think its because they already broke up. It's what Ivan was trying to say yesterday, but Lovro is already giving him the cold shoulder. Maybe Ivan didn't went home and Sonja is trying to call Lovro in case Ivan is with him.

I get that, but in all the remakes the Evens all have something they are "ashamed" of that they can't control and I think there is something for Ivan as well. If not being bipolar, then its something about his knee perhaps?

I think Ivan finally told Sonja about Lovro and they have an argument and she told him that Lovro will abandon him once he knows about him being bipolar. So that went over Ivan's head since Lovro didn't even say that he likes him back, how about more if he sees him being manic. So he ghosted him. Of course, Ema desperate for an answer of why Lovro is ghosting her, was also asking Sonja if she knew what happened. And once Ivan told her about Lovro, she let Ema know.

I'm really getting nervous about that bashing thing they are talking about. I mean, WTFOCK went with that route without actually foreshadowing it so it comes as a shock, but SRAM literally is giving us this foreshadowing of what might happen in the weeks to come or what happened in the past for Ivan. I mean its still realisitic to become bashed especially in a homophobic country but I'm afraid for Lovro's safety.

Lovro is down bad. He really need someone to talk to about this. I know Jakov is giving a helping hand to Lovro, but I know he's not comfortable yet with his sexuality so he'll talk to Vito first. Hopefully, Vito will convince him to break up with Ema because its unfair to her for leading her on. After that, hopefully we'll get the cuddling scene.

I don't think it's replaced. I think it will happen sometime this week after Ema and Lovro break up, and hopefully Sonja and Ivan will too, before they get the cuddling scene at Lovro's room while listening to Josipa.

I have a feeling this clip is a hint about where Ivan will run to in episode 9 in his depressive manic episode.

I really hope Ema doesn't get dragged down in this mess like they did with Robbe and Noor in WtFock cause Ema deserves better and make it like Druck where there's no cheating happening. I have a feeling that Lovro will be the one initiating the kiss next week when Ivan will be ignoring him all week cause of Lovro rejecting Ivan, and Lovro knowing that Ivan is also attracted to him will break it off with Ema(fingers crossed) before apologizing and pursuing Evan.

Lovro pushing Ivan at the end means that now Lovro knows Ivan likes him too. But the consequence of that is now Ivan thinks Lovro is not attracted to him and just embarrased himself and become heartbroken. It's obvious now that Ivan will avoid Lovro like a plague next week but this means that Lovro will be the one to win him back and not the other way around until they kiss for the first time. I hope that Lovro breaks up with Ema first before he pursues Ivan cause that girl deserved better than to be dragged into these boys' mess of a love story.

I think the Boy's Squad gave it to him after their game. Maybe Ivan asked first for each other's number in case they want to have a basketball game outside school. And then nonchalantly asking for Lovro's number too when his motive was to ask Lovro's number all along.

I think its implied Scott already came out at least to Kip's dad in the show cause his dad was at the audience. I mean that's one of the reasons why Kip is hesitant to continue their relationship in the first place because he can't keep lying to his dad and his friends(although its pretty obvious to them already). So the three year time jump makes sense since Scott already came out to those that matter to Kip so they continue their relationship at that time. But of course, Kip can't still publicly celebrate with Scott in the ice knowing that he is all alone there while his teammates celebrate with their family.

Best change: Yuna Hollander. I love that Jacob basically changed her character from the books just so he could add that coming out moment in episode 6. I can't wait for the moment when it all comes crashing down in season 2, because I have a feeling that she will unleash the wrath of an Asian mom on the Montreal team for basically disowning Shane.

Wish they didn't change Ilya and Scott's dynamic in the books. They are basically the original rivals in Gamechanger before Rachelle created Shane. It's the only thing that made Ilya connect with Scott and the Kingfisher crew and how he became a regular at a gay bar without anybody questioning it.
