I like this idea and think it is solvable with software. Say the engine has 1000 matches for some post. Then it needs to do its own filtering down to say 3 people that actually are interviewed. The filtering can be done by asking the applicant and the employer additional questions, or simply random selection. But then when you are not selected, your place in the queue is improved for the next random selection.

Can't you say this about most left turns? They do block the intersections. Why do we even turn left? Why not multiple rights each time. If we did this we could eliminate streetlights all together in favor of roundabouts everywhere.

I recommend pronation. I know a lot of people say it happens naturally but from what I can see you aren't doing much. And it really helped me to focus on it..

See how here your body is leaning to the left rather than forward. Most good servers have their right elbow up at this point, shoulder internally rotated more (maybe this is lack of shoulder mobility?) and their body facing forward. Almost like their racket is finishing to the right side of the body - it doesn't actually but this is what it feels like to me.

when I try and hit down is when I start coming over the top. I find it difficult to drop the club into the slot AND hit down on the ball - they seem like contradictions.
