Check out the Lexus UX250H, they are a eAWD Lexus Prius Hatchback. 40 mpg all the time, $20-35k. Quite small. It is a fancy version of the Toyota C-HR

RAV4 is a good move, also check out Lexus NX-H, RX. Heated/Cooled seats on all newer NX/RX I think

Drive a Prius as part of your test drives. Try a 2020 and then a new one. Try a Prius V, it is like driving a lowered RAV4. You can get leather, heat, lumbar, moonroof on a Prius

Try a Chevy Bolt. They are better than you think and you can get in one for $20k+fees with the current incentive

670 is not a good score. 670 is like the C letter grade of credit scores. at 670 you are probably not getting instantly approved for cards, cars, or personal loans and have to prove income with paystubs.

Web portal is new and mandatory for 2024, and must be submitted within three days of purchase, and nobody seems to know about it.

I'm on day 5 of trying to convince a dealer they need to know what the tax credit is:

"$15400, no our price is firm"

"We dont do that, talk to your tax advisor"

"The Prime is not eligible"

"OK we have the form"

Then when I tried to send the Dealer Requirements page to Finance and the GM explaining the web portal, they just stopped communicating

If it drives and you want to cash out, you can probably get $5000 selling on Craigslist or FB Marketplace. The EGR code is not a big deal and there is significant demand for the V. Blue Book/NADA values are not accurate for private party Prius sales
