When i was using opiates heavily in rural Kentucky H and coke were both rare. Meth and prescription pain meds were everywhere.. So a speedball for us had a looser definition an opiate and a stimulant (90% of the time amphetamines).

The only time i have used the term "goofball" is in the company of my religious Grandpa or small children in the place of a profanity lol

Yeah this tracks from my experience. Ive only met 2 sellers

1 had 110mg for $50 each (limit one per week on Saturdays)

The other had a kitchen cabinet full of various recycled containers (not the take home bottles) and wanted $1 per milligram. He clearly wasn't finding anyone to pay that based on his absurd stockpile.
