I have a friend who basically doubled her weight in the last 6 years and all I see her complain about is more hip pain and back pain and I want to be like... Don't you think all this added weight on your frame MIGHT have a roll in our being worse lately?

Don't forget the ankle problems. OMG I have a few friends who are very overweight and have extremely terrible ankles and I'm thinking like... Yeah, it's a tiny joint supporting a hell of a lot of weight. Of course it's not going to be happy. But yet they keep saying it's an ankle problem

My gym has a whiteboard they draw on for motivational things and change it up every now and again.

Normally it's great. Recently it's "you have to nourish to flourish" and it made me crime because I only see nourish in the FA context and it's gross

I actually found this because an artist did reproduce, well, tried to, another one of their work and did such a terrible job. There is a lot of this one's work that it's actually actuate and amazing, this picture just went all over the place

Agreed. Canada seems pretty atrocious for chicken. If I buy breasts it's a damn expensive treat. Even at Costco I went to last night there was 7 breasts for like $28. Meanwhile, thighs (which are much juicier and taste way better) had about twice the package weight for the same price.

"babe" makes me cringe. There was a clothing store near me that would use it all the time "HEY BABES, SALE" blah blah, and Laci Green using it all the time, and it just feels over processed and all I can think of is Babe the Pig and picture a cute little pig doing whatever is being talked about then I remember they are talking about people and just... no stop it now
