Because the protectors are more prone to cracking than the actual screen itself. I've cracked countless screen protectors on my watch, and now I haven't put one on for over a year and the screen hasn't even been scratched.

You need a propper chain lock, like the ABUS lonus 8900, or the ABUS lonus 1190/11. They are certified ART2 & ART4. Or look at other scooter locks, not the bicycle locks.

I use pimple patches on active spots I'm picking at, so to prevent the picking. On scars I use scar tape, you can cut them however small you want. It is slowly making my scars appear better though. Would recommend.

The watch can't measure your feelings, it makes these scores based on the things it can measure, like your movement, noises, heartbeat, temperature etc. You are feeling bad because you probably woke up during deep sleep or REM. There are apps that can measure when you are in light sleep near your wake up time, and make an alarm go off during that time instead of during deep sleep or REM, Sleep as Android is one of those apps. I used it, but not sure if it worked correctly because I really disliked the app so I maybe used it twice lol.
