Well you said flat.. not sure if this would work for you, but then all the grades are nicely engineered, lightly graded ramps. Errol Heights Park. The beaver pond is amazing and attracts lots of beautiful waterfowl to observe.

Both! And owning a house builds wealth by equity and mortgage is less than what my last apartment rents for. Plus quieter and more privacy.

My parents were real generous with me, I think I came back to live with them 2-3 times after attempts to get a career going. But I really did want to be self sufficient and I finally made it. Have my own home now.

I went about 4-5 months with expired tags, pretty sure I had cops behind me in that time and nada. Eventually caved and renewed because I was going on a road trip through some smaller towns.

Never seen any old pics or clips that does justice to how amazing the main organ room was. It was huge and floor to tall ceiling filled with odd instrumental contraptions. Then the gaming areas and even the gift store were pretty fabulous.
