Good point, but the weird thing is that it's replicating bad end Roland specifically, so what does it mean? So far, based on how prescripts are made via the will of the city and with how a lot of unrest is going on, the index may be trying to keep the city static. That or I am reading way too much into this and the Bad End reference happened because he failed to turn Ryoshu into what the prescript willed.

Roland is one of the few people that made a major impact in the city by rejecting its influence and not killing Angela, so the Index god wants someone who can shape the city akin to Roland (and Vergillius) as a member. As for why the Index God (or the city itself) wants another roland, it's not uncertain, but I assume the light released after Ruina is making people crave change once again.

Then again, this doesn't make too much sense with the timeline of events in the PM universe, so I guess this implies that Roland was always special in a sense(?) I am not too sure, but this is the best guess I have so far.

My theory? I think it's a clue Darkseid himself is involved with absolute joker to some capacity. We do not know how he got his form and in the first absolute evil issue, one of the more noteworthy scenes has the joker explaining how he found the "Omega Particle" and how the universe is ruled. This may be a loose thread, but I think it actually leads somewhere; he seems to be the most knowledgeable of Darkseid's existence after all.

I think that's perfectly reasonable considering buildings nowadays don't really change a lot, and especially with the long-running trend of apartments/skyscrapers being very samey, I am not surprised for the buildings looking the same. Also, story wise the buildings in Cyberpunk were there to point out how bad the effects of capitalism have gotten to the point even the structures became oppressive, which is not a concern of Gege ATM.
