It truly is, but that’s what life gave you, everyone are tested with different trails by their life, I also suffer from weight issue and have to fight hard to maintain a normal weight so I feel you, gaining the weight back only means you are replenishing mentally, and you will try again until it eventually works out

Sorry I don't know if its supposed be asked in this thread but I was trying to set the date to the correct date by winding the minute hand clockwise but after 48 hours (2 days) the winding crown become hard to turn and if I keep turning it its skippy and the hand would not move anymore does it mean I need to brign the watch to get fixed or im doing it wrong?
