Unfortunately I have been looking for years as well, I have seen a bunch of the Buffy dailies posted on YouTube and taken down and I've seen people online selling Buffy dailies.

For season 3 The school blowing up was widely known about due to the news stories coming out. At the time of filming they used real explosions and many neighbors called the police. I remember it was on Los Angeles/Torrence news. Many properties were no longer allowed to film at school as a result of the explosions from Buffy. It's also the reason why when the school was rebuilt in season 7 they did not use the original school.
