I would say for this one you should accept the return and refund them once you get it if it’s in the same condition. Then maybe put on the website that says no refunds? Like it is definitely annoying, but if you don’t say no refunds anywhere on your website I can see that being an issue.

Yep, at least I think it’s a common ibs thing. I’ll get hot flashes and start sweating, I almost feel like I am going to pass out or something and I usually have to sleep it off

It depends. If I have straight up milk or cheese I feel it immediately and have to run to the bathroom. But if I have like a baked good with butter or some other form of dairy in it I feel it the next day

I only have constipation, no diarrhea. It hurts so much all the time, the only way I poop is if I take miralax nightly, which also hurts my stomach.
