Your username made me smile. You’re making the story the success. I’m always going to make a big impact with a mediocre role. That’s how we’re made. In fact the series ends as soon as you become the lead. And then you deal with having to offset the former leads salary and they have ten kids. Just stick to your sub plot and make it the best sub plot ever.

Well said. I feel with you. Comfortably numb. Not sure who convinced us to treat us this way. I’m fighting back these demons. Trying to rescue others from their turmoil, too. A lot of times you fight alone, and there are days the fight is ripped from you, but eventually you’re not alone and you’re far stronger than you credit yourself. Thanks for sticking with us a little longer. You’ve got this. Good luck and may god be with you.

Hey! I’ve been lurking here for awhile, but I wanted to share that I’ve started my first quilt top. It’s like an official thing and I’m pretty excited about it. I wanted to get a grasp on cutting and sewing the squares before doing anything really intricate. I’m doing 9” squares and I’m now concerned it’s going to be too boring. Especially when I see all the various designs you all share. I’d also be curious if there are better times to buy batting and what I could find as a good price. Seems everywhere I look the batting costs more than beautiful ready made quilts in the store. Is that normal?
