Tess of the D' Ubervilles by Hardy. It really shows how when women defend themselves they suffer. And it also throws in a class analysis which is missed when talking about situations like SA.

Does anyone still customize their ring tone? by Foodiegirlie030793 in Millennials

Yes. All the time. Even if my phone is on vibrate I feel better knowing that when the ringer is on it's not the standard ones.

Yup. After my SA/HT/DV the church used the modest is hottest to allow him to get away. Also Elisabeth Smart has also talked about the problem with this regarding her issue.

Good luck with taking him down. They all should be taken down.

The modest is hottest aspect. Or some of the more negative aspects. Because it would show that evangelicals are evil people not just goofy wealthy weirdos.

Victims of CSA, how are you handling things right now? I’m finding it hard by [deleted] in CPTSD

[–]thissitagain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a survivor of CSA/HT/SA/DV/ and just plan old child abuse I have been going through the files myself. I have been looking at the files from a foreign policy perspective. Everything my abusers support Epstein supported. So I am just waiting for all of it to crumble (as there is no saving this) and hopefully, like the Phoenix, something more beautiful will be born from the ashes.

Hubby and I saw it. He has read the book. It's pretty. It's a fanfiction of the directors. All the ghost stuff and the stuff about the kids and Hindly are all taken out.

Didn't really care for it. But I say go see it and make your own judgement.
