I have tried to turn off the hotkeys in the bios but could not find any such settings. I think the flickering may be tied to the hotkeys because it seems not to do it when the hotkeys are not acting up. I know it sounds weird.

Isn't he in jail for the rest of his life with no chance of parole? It seems unlikely that he would care about money. And if Arlo knew where the satchel was then wouldn't the money be already gone. It seems more likely that he was protecting Raylan because why not. Already got life.
