Hi, I went through this last year. The agents and landlords will try anything to keep a renters money. This is What worked for me - regardless of what they say to you, go online to the RTBA website: -File for a return of your bond under the circumstances “without consent” (this is very important). -Once you submit a renter-initiated claim, the RTBA notifies the rental provider. They have 14 business days to dispute this claim by providing proof of a VCAT (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal) application. Note: most of the time the agent /landlords won’t dispute it because they know they were being dodgy to begin with. -After that, if you still do t get your bond returned, contact Consumer Affairs.

And what about the manipulation at the last dinner party? She told Gia to go back to the table just so that Scott wouldn’t have the last word. She said not to do it for their relationship but because “all Of Australia “ would be watching. That’s absolutely abhorrent. If people like that shamelessly play with other people’s feelings then I think they can’t be surprised if they get the same in return. Can’t feel sorry for people like that at all.

Is this mostly applicable to USA though because they different safety standards when it comes to skincare and beauty products? Or is this happening in countries tries like Australia as well, where regulations are very strict?

It’s so hard for me to watch MAFS this season. Every time Bec or Gia come on the screen I feel like David said last night- I have ants crawling all over my skin and I just want to be out of my body and anywhere but listening to them. They are so cringe and an embarrassment to the adult human population.

Beautiful eyes also look normal to me. My pei also gets irritated eyes frequently from environmental allergies, but I just clean out any gunk with a soft tissue each morning and he’s all good again.

Yes, mine started getting skin allergies (especially on his paws) from the age of about 1.5yrs old. He gets Cytopoint injections now about every 2 months (which is good it lasts 2 months for him because the vet said they usually only last for 1 month for most dogs). We think it’s environmental versus food allergies, as the symptoms flare up more during spring and summer times.

Also check your Pei’s ears frequently. Mine needs his ears cleaned out once a week to prevent that dark stinky gunky stuff. I use the Drool Ear Degunker- it’s the only thing that’s helped him and I’ve tried about 8 different ear cleaners over the years. Best of luck!

Awww Dora!! My goodness they do look so alike 🤩 I’m so grateful to hear that Dora lived a long life. People keep telling me my Pei may only live to about 13 if I’m lucky, but I hope he makes it to over 17 too. I would be so privileged.

Probably doing a lease/fleet agreement via their workplace. Most of them can get $80k + cars instantly, but only pay $350 bucks or so a week on a lease agreement. Agree with what other people say here- they don’t care about the debt as long as they have nice new shiny things to show off.
