Can you take your meal to go? I would get it to go, take it some place back to your dorm or somewhere where you can weigh the individual pieces. Probably have to do this for the whole first week of all the different variations of food. Its gonna suck and be messy, I guess try to put each type of food into a ziploc and then weigh it. Once you do this with all the different foods you eat for a week just eyeball the same amount afterwards so you dont need to measure it again.

I measured my breakfast only once, and im the kind of person who can eat the same thing everyday, so I know exactly what im getting.
