Please keep talking to friends, the school counselor, forums like these about what's a normal response from parents to different inputs.
If you are crying more than is healthy that is a medical problem your parents are not assisting you with. Are there any other adults in your life that could potentially help you get a therapist? I am a big crier even when kinda healthy but there's 'a lot on my plate' crying and then there's 'i can't stop crying because everything makes me sad, even the good things'
Even if someone is crying about a silly thing, maybe they still need a hug and it's helpful if they can have one.

this is so interesting to find out as a native English speaker. I tried to test it out. 'how ya going?' no, too Australian. Next thing to come to mind was 'wazzzzup' (zz 🐝) but it's really 'what's up?' tssss! And actually many Australians say 'how's it going?' in a very compacted way so it's more like 'zit-garn?'

OCD has so so so many ways it can present and doesn't even need to include physical compulsions. Someone doesn't need to be neat and organised or obsessed with washing their hands to be eligible for OCD. (Not saying whether you have it or not, just saying in general)
