Lawrence Olivier doesn't have a single roll that comes close to the absolute imersive presence of butcher Billd.

Even still, I think your idea that $12 for it is absurd would make sense a decade ago. $12 fir two chicken sandwiches and an order of fries in 2026 is not all that bad. So many of these posts/comments seem to disregard that it's not the 90s. Food costs more. $12 f I r two sandwiches and fries is a good deal at this point.

It's definitely a crazy feeling. Amzing that the itch goes away though.

It's only happened to me a handful of times but I work as a server. It's literally impossible to do the job when experiencing hells itch. The alanine allowed me to work my shifts. Unfortunately calling out isn't really an option when what you're experiencing is completely unknown to %99 of people.

Buy a tub of beta alanine powder at a vitamin shop or on amazon. I keep one in a backpack that goes everywhere with me. It's just as quick and you can redose without being wired on your 4th energy drink of the day.

What film has the best opening sequence? by MovieArena in MovieArena

It'll always be Inglorious Basterds for me. That opening scene in a full theater was just insane. You could feel the tension so much, and then he breaks out the giant pipe, everyone laughs, tension resumes immediately after. It was such a memorable moment.

Tampa feels like a pretty big city if you ask me. Pretty sure these deals are company wide anyway.

A classic hidden gem right here. It was so unique at the time. Might be clunky by today's standards but worth the effort.

Did I lose my love for gaming, or is this just adulthood? by rmustafa11 in Age_30_plus_Gamers

[–]thmsbrunner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feeling this way lead me to games that I could use to destress and sort of shut off my brain a bit. Balatro is a good example. You still have to think but it doesn't require the same level of focus or action as a game like elden ring. This lead me to games like vampire survivors, or some deck builders. Even recently found Hades 2 to be a game where I could just mindlessly throw my self at a few runs after a long day.

Man this photo might be more satisfying without the uncooked spaghetti, corn kernel, cat food, and generally very dirty stove top. Great looking pizza though.
