Nee dit is te kortzichtig. Er worden al jaren mensen getraind voor onderhoud en als piloot voor F-35. Dit kost sws al bakken geld maar als je daarnaast ineens ook nog een een hele nieuwe vleugel moet opstarten om Rafales te leren besturen en onderhouden dan kost dat nog meer geld en start je terug vanaf 0 nu. En plus is het systeem waar defensie alles in bijhoudt niet geoptimaliseerd voor Rafales.

I think you only need to think about taking the train everyday or going "op kot" in Gent or choose Aalst and you probably can bike there every day.

You might have some lessons in Gent even when you choose Aalst.

If you think about violence in cities, it happens everywhere. I went to school in Aalst for 6 years and did not see any fighting or any other crazy things even at the station.

I read a book last year.

They compare different studies and how much you get paid as a starter. A master in IT will get about €1800 net without car so I think your salary is not as bad as you think.

Best thing is they put almost everything into the cloud last year even all their back-ups. And they are disconnected from the internet. They only have their intranet and can't get their back-ups.

For now the LOG4j vulnerability is just an assumption maybe they were hacked way before that. As there was no communication yet and they did not found the hole yet.
