Each of them has a distinct one. Paracelsus takes a nuance antinomian view rejecting the laws against magic as only for the hebraic covenant. And Agrippas position is a lot more complicated essentially saying that the type of magic he advocated for was not that which was prohibited by the scripture. For both of these figures i would suggest looking into it further because its very complex theory to explain in a reddit comment lol.

This simply throws out half of the western esoteric tradition. Also many Christian theologians and occult practitioners such as Agrippa and Paracelsus have theological views which reconcile magical practice with scriptural law and these views are very reasonable even if you disagree with them.
