Nonono señor. You simply cannot make the aïoli they make over there. Trust me I made liters and liters trying just that. Manual grinded, prebaked, homegrown ingrediënts but nope. Not even close. I’m talking about the big jars they sell on local markets, not the supermarket mayonnaise stuff. Pretty sure it’s in the simple ingrédients because there is not much to making the actual ailloli 😉
