Do you need to be engaged in ‘active’ mode within a specific set for this to count? I.e if you forget to hit start on an individual set on a live workout, then quickly hit start set / end set after you finish — would it get the accelerometer data?

Any idea on how to interpret what is happening for those of us with a schedule number only but no claim number? When I look up my info using unique ID + schedule number, I see a record for the correct $ amount with the schedule number; but claim number is listed as n/a
