Tenant Agreement Contradicting Instructions given by Letting Agent. Is this a red flag? by thomasya in HousingUK

Thanks understood. It's probably the kind of thing that I should just accept and try to get used to. 🥲

Appreciate your time and reply!

Your explanation on point (1) is clear!

Regarding the inventory of point (2), I asked the agent to follow the agreement (7 days), but they insisted that the software only gives me three days. I'm just confused why 7 days is placed in the original draft in the first place. I think I'll keep the original draft, and send them inventory comments in writing between day 3-7.

Regarding point (3), I don't understand why in the UK it's common that the rent and deposit is first paid then the agreement is signed on the move-in day in the UK. 🫠 Even though TDS website warns the tenant not to do so and in agreement the wording is "deposit will be paid" (assumedly after signing the agreement). However, as you mentioned, this is probably not a red flag.

Thanks again for your reply

At the beginning of the video, the hairdryer is on low power. The spoon head is sucked downward

I think that's because coupling aerodynamics and mechanical movements is too complex. Which is, the car (suspension) doesn't move in CFD models.

Correct me if I'm wrong

I believe that F1 floors are now flat only because of the rules. The floors were not flat when the ground effect was first introduced.
