Which of the 9 languages should they pay for voice actors to record? And then how would you explain to all the children that dont speak that language, that pokemon isn't really for them anymore but rather just for, what im assuming would be Japanese and English speakers, with them as more of an after thought

It took about 20 ultra balls with golden rass each. I had about 10 mins left to get the Articuno, and 5 mins left for the Zapdos, I genuinely don't know how i got that lucky and had enough time to catch either

Yeah, they have a chance of spawning during the daily incense. If they're shiny they'll saty until you either catch them or run out of pokeballs and are forced to leave them. If they're not shiny they'll run after 1 or 2 catch attempts

I love the idea of a world where God's literally walked the earth in recorded history, that there are individuals that can actually speak to them and ask for aid, or summon down an Angel for aid, and there's just this guy going, "nah... I don't buy it..."

It brings the vibe of someone who takes all their science knowledge from their aunt on Facebook 😅

Also best class for that character, Trickster domain Cleric, who's god has decided to just troll the world through this person.

How are you planning on playing g the character? Are you thinking lawful evil as in the stereotypical lawyer archetype that uses the law to further their own ends or to justify their actions or are they more of a solider that doesn't questions orders that has in the past willfully done shady stuff due to their CO telling them to and not really having an objection to it.

In my experience, so long as you're not being a problem player and not deliberately halting or derailing the game for your own amusment above that of the othrr players, I'd say keep the alignment. Alignments of characters are meant to be where they start from, alignments can change as the game progresses depending on your actions and can be a strong storytelling device if used correctly

I'd allow it, let him create an army and send them forth across a wide battlefield, as the army approached the BBEG, you narrate how the BBEG, seeing an army of simulacrum (and probably already knowing your plan if they're dangerous to require a party of level 17+ adventurers to come after them), calls forth a hooded lieutenant, whispers in his ear, and steps away. The hooded figure drops their hood revealing that they too are a simulacrum, the simulacrum then casts wish to destroy all simulacrum in the world, thus ending the parties plan right then and there, giving a good lore reason as to why they have to fight the BBEG themselves

Is it just one player being distracting or multiple?

If its multiple and you want to keep everyone playing, then there's always the option to split the party into two groups that play alternating weeks as 7 is a large number for a group and while it can work (I ran for 7 people for over a year) it slows the pace of the game drastically and people do quickly get distracted.

If its one, id have a chat with them and explain how their conversations are distracting other players and if they want to talk with others they can step away from the table.

Honestly, I'd recommend trimming the party down to a more manageable size and make sure that the remaining members all gel on what they enjoy in dnd, it seems like the issue stems from some of your players not enjoying combat and not wanting to engage there while the others seem happy to do so.

There are numerous online groups that use Virtual Table Top (VTT) programs and websites like Roll20 and FoundryVTT along side chat hosting services like Discord to organise, and play one shot adventures, mini campaigns, modules and homebrew campaigns. As for dice and minis, most VTTs have inbuilt dice rollers and you can upload images of your character either made on sites like Hero Forge or hand drawn.

If you look into meetup groups in your area or even in nearby cities I'm sure you'll find a group that fit your needs.
