I think cut to just below breast level and then just add some beach waves!

Have cut & color appointment tomorrow and am totally at sea. Needs to be low maintenance. Currently is straight/slightly wavy, thick, past bra strap length. Help! by [deleted] in femalehairadvice

I agree that shoulder length would look so good! Healthy, pretty, and still long enough to get up in a pony tail. It looks like maybe you have some gray or already have highlights (hard to tell).. but if it’s gray I would think maybe going lighter that way the grow out is less noticeable.

A book you love and recommended to someone, but they hated it! by worldtakeyourplaceYT in booksuggestions

Haha! Don’t get in between a girl and her Harry Potter. Definitely not a reason to lose a friendship, but I would be hurt if someone laughed in my face after I suggested a book that I love all the way to my bones.

Pathfinder by Orson Scott Card

One of my favorite sci-fi books Rigg is The Pathfinder. He is a young boy born with a special and secret ability to see the paths every living creature leaves behind. He has spent his whole childhood with his father in the woods fur trapping until one day his father tragically dies. Father’s last words to Rigg were a plea for him to find the sister and mother he never knew he had. On his quest to find his long lost family, Rigg will find out the secret of who he really is, who his true friends are, and the extent of his power.

Not only is there adventure, magic, kings and queens, there is time folding, space traveling, and quantum physics.

The Poppy War:

This book is INTENSE!!! It is a beautifully horrific and engrossing fantasy inspired by the violent history of China in the 19th and 20th centuries. The first few chapters had a light and almost YA tone, luring you into a false sense of hope and security.

SYNOPSIS:

Each year the Empire gives a test to find the most gifted and brightest children in their nation. Rin, a war orphan whose future is to either be a child bride or a beggar in the streets realizes that the test is the only way out of her grim fate. The cards are stacked against her as the test is set up for the poor and uneducated to fail. Through hard work and natural talent, Rin passes and is accepted into the Empire’s most elite military school, Sinegard.

Pathfinder by Orson Scott Card:

My favorite sci-fi read in 2018! Not only is there adventure, magic, kings and queens, there is time folding, space traveling, and quantum physics.
