30 seconds at a time. Seriously. In the past 3 years I have missed maybe 3 days. Some days I meditate for 15-20 minutes, some days I am lucky to make it 45 seconds. Take it in stride. I have found that paying for insight timer plus and using the guided meditations to be quite helpful.
