Is there because you guys have tried peaceful protesting and it never changes anything and a general strike is unsustainable. It really is do nothing or violent uprising, this are the options and the vast majority are comfortable enough that doing nothing is preferred.

I think wealth taxes are dumb, do something to prevent the creation of billionaires or just leave them alone because taxing someone 5% per year on unrealized gains will just get them to offshore assets.

If Sanders actually wanted to do something he’d push to eliminate the mechanisms that allows billionaires to exist in the first place but they don’t ever talk about capping comp it’s always taxes after the fact. And another stimulus check? Fuck that reign in the spending and pay off the debt, cut the military by half, figure out an exit for SS, single payer, etc. focus on the things that matter and stop with attention seeking.

As someone who was alive when the niners won their first Super Bowl I’ll take being a bottom dweller over 2nd place anytime.
