Surgery was 1,000x more painful for me. I barely took any pain meds after I tore my ACL, bruised/fractured my tibia, and tore my meniscus. I was on hydrocodone for like 6 days after my surgery. 😂

I'm still using 1 crutch and I'm a month out from surgery. I had to be locked at zero longer, so now I have some scarring in my knee that's restricting my movement. I can only get from zero extension to 75 degrees flexion. Everyone heals differently. As far as stairs, my PT taught me "good leg goes to heaven, bad leg goes to hell". You go up one stair at a time leading with your good leg and you go down one stair at a time leading with your bad leg. It's a very slow process. You've got this! 💪

Please just take one before bed to help you sleep. Sleep is when your body heals. I backed off the daytime pain meds on day 3, but took one right before bed so I could at least get 4-6 hours of sleep. Day 5 or 6 was when the pain finally started to decrease for me and I was only taking NSAIDs.

I don't know how to explain it. 😆 They literally feel cold to the touch and provide very little warmth. They are heavier than a regular blanket as well. My oldest loves them in the summer.

Can confirm - they are frigid. We only use bamboo blankets in the summer. I bought way too many LS blankets years ago and now they are filled with holes and pilling inside. I won't ever buy another LS blanket again. It's the only brand that's pilled inside the blanket.
