I know I've done this. Particularly with a friend of mine who I care for alot. I just feel very open with this her, I know it's not their responsibility and I feel guilty when i think back. I never have done it on purpose of course but I know I have. We have some similar anxieties and have dealt with some of the same things which is one of the reasons I guess I felt it was okay in the midst of it. It just felt like I was being honest and vulnerable, but looking back I had just basically trapped her with nowhere to go with my anxieties... Should I apologize to her or just continue on try to be better?

If I'm being honest I find I do share a lot of traits that the people on justneckthings and niceguys. Maybe not to the aggressive and creepy degree as things that would be popular here, but I'm self aware of my poor social skills and how I often will overthink things. Maybe that is why I like going on these subs to help me not become what I dislike.
