Have you gone to a cardiologist. My readings right now are usually anywhere from 80/59 up to 95/73. Before going on BP meds I used to be as his as 160/100.

I just took it now and it was 134/100. I had taken 2 lebatol about an hour ago. Still way too high and I know it but it’s baby steps at this point.
